If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that all disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration to be held in Dallas County, Texas.

You waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
Claims qualifying for small claims court may be brought individually in an appropriate small claims court within Dallas County, Texas.

Everdomane may deliver notices by email, Website posting, or U.S. mail to your registered address.
You are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

Everdomane is committed to providing a Website accessible to individuals with disabilities.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, pandemics, labor strikes, or governmental actions.
